A LETTER FROM
THE PRESIDENT
A long
time ago while drafting a business plan for the title company I was
planning to start, I decided that it would be a fun place to work.
It is, and it shows. My
employees enjoy their jobs and they all shine.
I’m so proud of every single one of them.
We have become like a family and our customers have come to
recognize and appreciate that. Many
of them have even come to feel like a part of the family themselves!
I
remember back in 1989 when I bought my first house.
It was before I was in this business and I knew nothing about what
was going on. I remember being
completely confused when my settlement was over.
Because of this experience, I decided that none of our borrowers
will feel this way. It is our
responsibility to be sure that no one walks out of settlement scratching
their heads asking, “What in the world just happened in there?”
Settlement
should not be a scary, confusing, intimidating experience.
We take it upon ourselves to be sure that all of the heavy lifting
is out of the way prior to settlement.
We work very hard to be sure that all of the details have been
addressed and that the closing is a stress-free, happy occasion – a
celebration of a huge accomplishment in our buyer’s lives.
What
we do is exciting. We help
people get into new homes. We
feel privileged every time someone invites us to share in such a big event
in their lives.
I’d
like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to our customers and
business partners who place their trust in us every day.
And
thank you to my employees. I
couldn’t do it without you!
