WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
Yes,
all title companies provide the same thing … title policies and
settlement services. But
Platinum’s employees do it with a smile.
We give superior customer service, always answer the phone, and
provide answers to everyone’s questions – many times before they’re
even asked. We take it upon
ourselves to be sure that everyone has an understanding of the
transaction. We strive to get
all of the hard work out of the way ahead of time to make our settlements
a positive experience for everyone involved.
The
end of the month can be an especially busy time in the real estate
industry. A great deal of
settlements happen at that time and we know that everyone involved is
busy, stressed, and sometimes has no time to take a breath and eat
something. Nothing is worse
than being tired and hungry when you have to sit down and face the
settlement table. As both a
courtesy and a thank you to everyone who comes through our doors, we
provide a catered breakfast and lunch at the end of every month.
From warm comfort foods in the middle of winter to cool summer
lunches in July; with themes such as Mexican Day and Pennsylvania Dutch
Day; from bagels and fruit to shrimp, pasta salad, and deviled eggs.
We always strive to welcome everyone with something new and fresh.
Somehow everything goes better with a full belly.
